Hi readers, As I would like to call you—my cosmic friends.

Welcome to The Cosmic Circle, where we explore all things beauty, spirituality, tarot, mindset, and so much more.

Today, I want to welcome you into a new world for me —

a world where I’ve started writing Hindi poetry.

This blog marks the beginning of a new series where I’ll blend my Hindi poems with my reflections and stories.

I hope you enjoy reading this and feel as beautiful, cosmic, and magical as you truly are.

Well, in all honesty, it's unbelievable even to me that I believe in the act of giving up. But I think that's life.

The idea that you have to give up on anything sounds absolutely insane. The elder daughter in me, the overachiever in me, the perfectionist in me, and the independent woman in me are screaming at me right now.

Imagine the thought being so incredibly crazy, but at the same time, the archetypes of the hustlers, the overachievers, and the fighters tend to fall for burnout, tend to not see all perspectives, and sometimes tend to lose themselves in the battles they weren't supposed to fight in the first place.

You are always going to come into so many situations where you would want to fight; there will be days when giving up would feel like a loss of a lifetime; maybe giving up would feel like you were defeated.

I get that; having to give up something you thought would work breaks your heart.

Have you ever thought about what would happen if you kept fighting?

What would happen if you kept putting in the work, knowing at times it won't lead you anywhere anymore?

I’d love for you to explore that idea through this poem —

to look at loss and defeat from a completely different perspective.

Kabhi kabhi zindagi mein haar manna hi asli safalta hoti hai.

Woh haar hi hai jo hume jeet ke dukhon se bachati hai.

Woh haar hi hai jo hume jeet ke dard se chhupati hai.

Shayad har ek jeet hamare naam na hona hi hume kaamyab banati hai.

Woh haar hi toh hai,

Jo kabhi-kabhi humari raksha karti hai.

Na hona naraaz in haaron se —

Aur bas itna kehna:

Maine meri saari haar ko tera pyaar samajh ke qabool kar liya.

Are O Kanha,

Taaki tu uss ek jeet par mera naam qabool kar le.

English translation

Sometimes in life, accepting defeat is the truest success.

It’s that loss that protects us from the pain of victory.

That loss that hides us from the weight of winning.

Maybe not every victory is meant for our name.

Because some defeats protect us —

They save us from becoming someone we were never meant to be.

So I accepted every loss as your love, dear Kanha,

So that one day, you may claim my name in that one divine victory.

So, my lovely reader, I hope you know that every loss isnt your failure.

As our legend SRK said, "Kabhi kabhi jeetne ke liye kuch haarna bhi padta hai, aur haar kar jeetne wale ko baazigar kehte hain."
